RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Have you received the wrong product or are you not satisfied with the product? Then you can return it. Do you want to exchange the product? Then we will send you the desired replacement product after your return.
Within 14 days after receiving your product you can return the product to our office or send it back to us. Returning is only possible if the product (+ packaging) is undamaged and has no traces of use.
Do you want to return a product? Then you will receive the purchase price and any shipping costs* from us back. You can deliver the product for free by appointment in our office in Westervoort. Do you want to send the product back to us? Then the costs of this shipment are for your account.
Wrong version or size received and do you want to exchange the product for another product? You can then exchange the product within 14 days of receipt. Exchanging is only possible if the product to be exchanged (+ packaging) is undamaged and has no traces of use.
Do you want to trade for a cheaper product? Then you will receive the price difference back. Exchange for a more expensive product? Then we ask you to pay the price difference.
You can exchange the product by appointment at our office in Westervoort. You will receive the shipping costs paid for your order * back from us. Do you want to send the product back to us and receive the new product? Then the costs of the return shipment are for your account. We then reimburse the shipping costs paid when ordering by sending the new product for free.
Step-by-step plan Return & Exchange
1. Notify us by telephone or email that you want to return a product.
Do you want to exchange the product? please indicate which replacement product you want to receive.
2. Download our Return Form here and fill it in, or use the Model Revocation Form
3. Pack the product + the completed return form in the box received.
4. Stick or write our return address on the box, here you will find our return address.
5. Send the packed box via PostNL as parcel post, or take it to the Rolling Vinyl office in Westervoort.
6. If you want to send the packed box as a package via PostNL, ask for the proof of shipment at the PostNL counter. This contains the package code with which you can track the return shipment. As soon as we have received the package, we will send you a confirmation email.
If you have indicated that you want to exchange the product, you will receive the new product as soon as possible.
